Kevin E. Ready Sr. was a recognized leader in the industrial real estate world, and a father extraordinaire. As both an Attorney-at-Law and a Real Estate Broker, he has worked with large sophisticated companies as well as global real estate owners. Merging his knowledge of the law, his knowledge of the stock market and his knowledge of California Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, he has been able to execute optimal real estate solutions. Industry and hard-word was his middle name.

From subdividing land to learning advanced AI art, writing books, and delving deep into computer technology,  Kevin’s tenacity for accuracy add value to every decision his clients make. Kevin established relationships with sophisticated clients across many industries. He has executed strategic and complex transactions for corporate users, institutional owners, bio-tech companies, and real estate investment trusts.

It is with great sadness that we report Kevin E. Ready Sr’s passing. He has two sons Kevin E. Ready, Jr. who works as technology advisor / computers and engineering, with his mother Marie Cappello, Broker, and Kenneth E. Ready, who lives in Florida, and also assists with computers and engineering. Industry and hard work are the primary driving-force of their lives, too.
